• Automatic Billing Plan:

  • To simplify your travel planning, we offer an automatic billing plan at no additional charge. When you book, we’ll calculate equal monthly payments for your convenience. You’ll receive an invoice with the full payment schedule so that you know exactly when each payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and subsequent payments will be deducted automatically on the designated dates.

• What’s Not Included:

  • Gratuities for drivers and tour guides

  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Suggested gratuities:

    • Tour Guide: $10–$20 per day

    • Driver: $5–$8 per day

  • Personal items and meals outside those noted above

  • Please note: The “Land Only” package does not include airport transfers. Ensure your travel plans align with our itinerary if selecting this option.

• Travel Insurance:
  The Covid-19 pandemic has underscored that “anything can happen.” Missing a vacation is disappointing, but losing your investment is even harder. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses, and more. Please note that travel insurance is mandatory for this experience and must be purchased for both domestic and international travelers.
  For Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policies, most insurers require purchase within 14-21 days of your initial deposit, with some requiring it on the day of booking. Below are links to several recommended travel insurance providers:

• Passport Requirements:
  Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. For this trip, passports should not expire before July 3, 2026.

• Currency & Exchange Rates:
  All prices are based on current exchange rates. Moor Luxury Travel reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of currency fluctuation. Any such adjustments will be reflected in your final invoice.

• Roommate Match Program:
  We offer a roommate matching service for double occupancy bookings. Simply select "double occupancy" during your booking, and indicate "yes" for roommate matching in the reservation notes. Roommates will be matched 45 days prior to departure once 75% of the total reservation balance has been paid.

• Visa Requirements:
  Currently, U.S. passport holders can receive a visa upon entry into Dubai at no additional fee. Should this policy change, we will notify all travelers via email.

• Land Only Package:
  Guests selecting the Land Only Package are responsible for their flight and airport transfer arrangements. Please ensure your travel aligns with the group’s itinerary. We will be flying into Dubai International Airport (DXB), arriving on December 27, 2025, and departing for the U.S. on January 3, 2026. If you are purchasing your own flight, please make a note of these dates.

• Additional Travel Information:

  • The airline schedule for the full package will be released in May 2025.

  • A major credit card is required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges.

  • A detailed itinerary will be provided 60 days before departure.

  • An exclusive Facebook group will be created 30 days prior to the trip for real-time updates and engagement.
